This document represents the terms and conditions of use of the Orgservice.ge website.

This document is a mutually binding agreement signed between the customer and "Orgservice" LTD.

Orgservice LTD will be referred to as "Orgservice.ge" in these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and all other guidelines and instructions.

The terms and conditions of use of the Orgservice.ge website, together with the amendments made to it and other Orgservice.ge regulations, shall be a unified document and shall be considered as a unified agreement signed with the customer.

By registering on the website, the user accepts and acknowledges these terms and conditions, privacy policy, return and exchange rules, and agrees to extend their legal force to it.

If the user does not agree with the content of Orgservice.ge’s legal documents, he/she may not use the website, however, Orgservice.ge kindly asks users to send comments by e-mail. info@orgservice.ge.

Definition of Terms

The terms used in this document are defined as follow:

• ge (hereinafter "we", "our", "website") - "orgservice" Ltd., founded in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, identification code 212693851, Legal address: Kutaisi, Chavchavadze Ave. 51/2a.
• User - a legal entity or a natural person over the age of 18 who wants to purchase products placed on Orgservice.ge.
• User consent - user’s expressed consent to read and understand this document and process his/her personal data
• Third party - any natural or legal person, public institution.
• Direct marketing - offering goods, services through mail, phone calls, emails or any other telecommunications.
• Registration - creating a personal account.
• Account - a personal page registered by the user on Orgservice.ge.
• "Izzy Group" Ltd EasyWay is a courier company that delivers the products purchased at Orgservice.ge to the customer.
• QuickShipper Ltd is a courier company that delivers products purchased at Orgservice.ge to customers.

By creating an account on the website, the user can purchase products posted on Orgservice.ge.

Each order made by the customer is a separate purchase agreement, which parties are the authorized user of the website and "Orgservice LLC". When placing an order, the subject of the purchase, its cost and the place of delivery are generated.

Registration

To purchase products on Orgservice.ge, you need to register on the website, for which it is necessary to fill out the registration form indicating the following data:

• Name;
• Address;
• E-mail;
• Login password;

The customer can register on the website during the purchase process of the product and also before purchase.

Before purchase, registration/authorization takes place after the user selects "authorization" from the main menu of the website.

You can log in/authorize in the following ways:

• Google
• Email

THE USER ACKNOWLEDGES AND WARRANTS THAT:

• The information he/she provides is complete and correct;
• He/she is an individual with legal capacity who has reached the age of 18;
• He/she does not use another person's identifiable information for registration on thege's website;
• He/she does not create a username that may harass, abuse or harm another person;
• He/she does not use the website to distribute false information;
• will not violate the rights of another person by acting against the law and causing damage;
• He/she does not use any device or software to obtain data from the Orgservice.ge website and/or hinder normal functioning of the site;
• He/she protects copyright and related rights and without owner’s prior express written permission does not make use of Orgservice.ge information such as logo, picture, graphic, image, patent, trademark, design and other intellectual property;
• will not use another user's account;
• will not attempt to gain access to another user's authentication information;
• He/she does not take any action that can put at risk normal functioning and operation of the site;
• He/she does not perform any action prohibited by applicable law, is against these Terms and Conditions and Orgservice.ge’s Privacy Policy.

ORDER PLACEMENT AND PRODUCT PURCHASING

After the customer selects the product and placed it in a virtual basket, in case of a new customer, it will be necessary to indicate the following information: e-mail, name, mobile number and address where he/she wants to receive the purchase.

The user will be redirected to the payment page. Before making payments, the customer is obliged to verify the address and contact details indicated by him/her in order to carry out the smooth delivery of the purchased products. In the case of incorrect/incomplete address and/or contact information, In case of providing incorrect/incomplete address and/or contact information, the customer bears responsible for delayed delivery.

The user will be able to check information about the purchased product on his/her account.

Orgservice.ge reserves the right to refuse to process order or cancel it in case of suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal transaction.

After making a payment the right of product ownership is transferred to the customer.

Terms and Conditions for the delivery of purchased products

The customer agrees that the delivery of the products purchased by him/her will be carried out by the courier companies:

• "QuickShipper" Ltd; ID: 405547877; Phone: 032 2 502 502

The parties to the delivery agreement are the customer and Izzy Group LLC, or " QuickShipper " Ltd.

In order to provide courier services, Orgservice.ge will provide to the courier companies the confidential information of a personal nature known to it, the user's name, surname, address and phone number.

Orgservice.ge transfers the products purchased by the customer to the courier companies that transport the products to the specified address. The responsibility of the Orgservice.ge is fulfilled during the transfer of the products to the courier company. The risk of loss and damage of product is fully transferred to the courier service provider.

The policy on processing and storing confidential information can be viewed by the user on the Privacy policy page.

receiving service

Customers can receive the purchased products only on working days.

Products purchased by the customer on the website Orgservice.ge before 14:00 will be delivered to the courier companies on the same day. Products purchased after 14:00 will be delivered to courier companies on the next working day. Delivery to the address will be made according to the established time frame of the relevant courier companies in exchange for the relevant tariff.

The delivery of products purchased from the website Orgservice.ge to large cities and nearby regions takes place within 3-5 working days, and in mountainous regions within 5-7 working days.

If you choose QuickShipper Ltd, the courier company " QuickShipper " it is possible to deliver the order throughout Tbilisi on the same day, according to the corresponding tariff.

Tariffs are determined by courier companies based on the order weight and location.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment can only be made by cashless method.

When placing an order, the user is redirected to the payment page where he/she fills out data of the bank card. After submitting this information order to make payment is being processed and confirmed by the bank.

Orgservice.ge does not have access to both the payment page and the bank card data indicated by the customer.

In case of successful completion of the payment, a message containing relevant information will appear on the screen.

After completing the payment procedure, the user receives an e-mail with confirmation that the order was placed successfully.

RESTRICTION TO USE ACCOUNT AND DEACTIVATION

If Orgservice.ge considers that the user has violated these Terms and Conditions or the User is registered with the indication of false information, he/she is entitled to close access and restrict the use of the personal account unilaterally on the basis of the notification sent to the e-mail. The user must contact the Orgservice.ge team if they receive this type of notification.

Limitation of Liability

Orgservice.ge to the best of its ability, ensures development of mechanisms for protecting website system, however, it is not responsible for any unauthorized access to data protected on the platform, damage caused by third parties and services offered by them.

By registering on the website, the user confirms that he/she is a person over the age of 18 and uses the website at his/her own free will and risk.

Orgservice.ge is not responsible that the Website or Services will be constantly available to the User and does not guarantee that the website will not have software deficiencies, viruses and/or any other errors.

Orgservice.ge takes full responsibility for the damage caused by negligence, as well as for those cases when the information necessary for user authorization became known to a third party.

Orgservice.ge excludes both its and all its employee’s liability in case of culpable violation theses Terms and Conditions as well as applicable law by the user.

The Company disclaims full responsibility for any damages and/or delays that may be caused by the participation of third parties - internet providers, mobile companies and other hindrances.

Website restrictions

The information on the website may be changed or removed without prior notice. Orgservice.ge will not provide the user with the kind of service that it believes is against the applicable legislation.

The user is prohibited from using the website for illegal purposes, including unauthorized access to Orgservice.ge’s systems, inappropriate use of information available on the website or any other action that may directly or indirectly harm Orgservice.ge’s interests protected by law.

Marketing

During registration on the website, the customer agrees to subscribe to advertising, promotional materials, services of interest to the consumer, products and services. In case of consent, the user will receive website news, various offers and information via e-mail.

The user can refuse to receive information about marketing activities at any time by sending a message to Orgservice.ge's e-mail.

Copyright

Any text, graphic and animated images posted on the website exclusively belong to Orgservice.ge.

Any use of the Orgservice.ge trademark without the prior written consent of Orgservice.ge is strictly prohibited. The user is not allowed to use the Orgservice.ge trademark, graphic images on the website in connection with any product or service that may cause confusion. The user does not have the right to use them in a way that humiliates or insults Orgservice.ge's reputation. In case of such violation, Orgservice.ge reserves the right to apply for legal rights protections. The User will be liable for material and intangible damages caused to Orgservice.ge, the damage may include the costs incurred by the Orgservice.ge for the elimination of such damages, including the costs of law services and court.

No copyright is transferred to the consumer by buying products on the website.

Term and termination

These Terms and Conditions of Use come into force upon acceptance by the user and remain in full force until the user's account is deleted.

Validity of this document can be terminated in the cases stipulated by the legislation of Georgia and/or these Terms and Conditions, as well as at the discretion of the user at any time, after the full payment of any type of debt (if any) to Orgservice.ge

Third party

Orgservice.ge disclaims all responsibility for other websites that may be posted on the Orgservice.ge's website as an external link. Other website contents, terms and conditions, privacy policies may differ from this Policy. Accordingly, Orgservice.ge encourages the user to read the terms of use and privacy policies of the website referred to as an external link.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Rules and Conditions are governed by applicable legislation of Georgia.

The parties agree that in case of any dispute, they will try to resolve the disagreement through negotiation. If it is not possible to settle the dispute by the mean of negotiation, the parties have the right to go to Tbilisi City Court.

Orgservice.ge reserves the right to make changes and/or additions to this document at any time, unilaterally, by publishing it on the same website, without further additional consent of the user.  After the changes and additions, use of the website will be considered as consent to the changed terms.
