Return Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the terms and conditions of use of the Website. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the Website, you agree to these Terms of Return.

In what cases is it possible to return the product?

Taking into consideration Orgservice.ge Return Policy, we give you possibility to return a purchased product, if:

  1. Just refuse to leave the item.

This does not apply if:

  • The product is hermetically protected goods, its hermeticity is violated after delivery and therefore the product cannot be returned due to compliance with health or hygiene norms;
  • The cost of the product does not exceed 30 GEL;
  • If the user opened the product or causing damage to the box, bag, or seal;
  • The product has traces of use;
  • The product does not come with all accompanying parts and documents given at the time of purchase;
  1. orgservice.ge did not/failed to fulfill its obligations;
  • the product does not correspond to the order or the technical specifications posted on the website;
  • The product is damaged;
  • The agreed delivery time was violated by orgservice.ge;
  1. The product has a manufacturing defect

The customer can reject the contract without specifying the reason, except for the cases stipulated by the law.

How many days is it possible to return the item and HOW CAN I SUBMIT REQUEST TO RETURN/REPLACE PRODUCT

What procedure should I follow TO GET MY REFUND?

  • If you would like to return the product, it should have all accompanied parts delivered on purchase and also the document if any was provided.  Warranty sheet, technical manual, other documents accompanying the item, undamaged item box, accessories and more. The return expense is reimbursed by the buyer.
  • If you detect the manufactory defect after 14 days, you should contact the company through any communication channel: e-mail info@orgservice.ge, on the phone number 032 204 11 00,  in https://orgservice.ge/ka chat, https://www.facebook.com/orgservice.ge We will try to protect the interests of the customer as much as possible.

 

Return of the item and refund

  • After submitting a written application for return, within a maximum of 24 hours, company representatives will contact you and agree on the details.
  • The user must return the item at his own expense to any branch or warehouse of the company.
  • After the item is returned, we will notify you of the decision on the refund / return status of the product within 24 hours.
  • In case of an inventory defect, a decision on refund or replacement of the item will be provided to you on the same day.
  • In other cases, in case of a positive decision, the amount will be refunded within a maximum 3 working days after receiving the item.
  • In case of a negative decision, the item will not be returned/replaced.
  • Money can be refunded only by non-cash payment, by crediting the customer to the card account with which the item was purchased.
  • The company cannot reimburse the transportation costs of the delivery or return of the item. All costs related to the transportation of the item shall be borne by the buyer.
